Our Story
Choroids was founded in January 2026, though work on eSelfcare had commenced for nearly four years. Choroids, the developer of eSelfcare, was born out of frustration with gastric ulcers which lasted 25 years using contemporary synthetic care sought across multiple continents.
After living with stomach ulcers for 25 years, Choroids's founder realized that healing needed to come from plants. What started as a personal selfcare with spices has given rise to a distributed team growing into a diverse, international collective passion about building seamless software solutions.

To empower adults worldwide by de-risking use of plants for selfcare through provision of scientifically validated and time-tested information on selfcare with medicinal plants.
